I originally went in for an extraction because my old filling broke my tooth.I made an appt.
just to find that she (Gloria Clarke) quote "doesn't do extractions". Alongside was her rude assistant when she then said, "So what do you want us to do?" I said, " I just wana be outta pain". Well, she said, You need a root canal, because you wanna save your tooth. Since the tooth is located exactly where I need to ***, I said , I guess so, if that's what you say." I signed up for Carecredit card.
She knew I didn't have insurance. I had an appt after this one to remove and replace my other fillings. I didn't want the same to happen again. She did so and I thought all was well.
The bitewing was incorrect because I was numbed for 45 minutes before procedure. The filling was too high. She went in a 2nd time to drill down and it was a sharp pain! She did over a 3rd time and a dull ache remains.
I went to another provider and they diagnosed a root fracture. Now my root canal is in pain where I need an extraction. There is a cavity left on a tooth she filled. I sent her a certified letter and she returned without opening and failed to answer and return my calls.
It's been 1 year.The State Board is a slow in their response while I wait..in PAIN physically, emotionally, and financially.
